Volunteers
Thomasville Entertainment Foundation was established as an all-volunteer organization in 1937 by residents of Thomasville, Georgia, who shared an abiding interest in the performing arts. Remarkably, TEF still operates under the same model.
Today, our Trustees serve on a voluntary basis, devoting their time, talent and energy to one of the oldest and most prestigious non-profit concert organizations in the nation.
Our volunteers sell tickets, usher patrons, coordinate buffet dinners, work with artists on staging, provide hospitality and transportation to artists, assist with publicity, and much more.
TEF welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds and with a variety of skills and interests. What they have in common is an appreciation for the performing arts, a commitment to building a vibrant community, and the willingness to serve.
