In 1937, TEF founders had a vision: to bring live performances by the world's leading artists to our community. They made that vision a reality through personal commitments and investments of their time and financial resources. Today we ask you to consider making the same commitment, a lasting legacy that will provide for the future of TEF.

Consider a bequest

Bequeathing a legacy perpetuates your love of the performing arts and your philanthropic values. Furthermore, a planned gift allows you to provide a future benefit while meeting your current personal and financial goals. Providing a bequest to the TEF Endowment Trust in your will or naming the Trust as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or an IRA are among the easiest ways to make a deferred gift.

The 1937 Founders' Society recognizes and honors individuals and families who have chosen to leave a lasting legacy to secure the future of TEF with a planned gift of $10,000 or more to the TEF Endowment Trust. If you make such a gift, we will be pleased to recognize your generosity with membership in the 1937 Founders' Society. With your permission, we will acknowledge you in our program books and other materials.

Income generated from the Trust enhances the quality of life in our community by allowing TEF to bring world-class artists to Thomasville. It allows TEF to offer educational opportunties to deserving students. It helps TEF keep pace with the challenges of today and tomorrow, and to remain a cultural jewel in our community.
