We ask that you turn off cellular phones and all other electronic devices before performances begin. Artists' contracts strictly prohibit the unauthorized use of cameras and recording equipment of any type.

Box Office and Prepaid Ticket Desk

The box office and prepaid ticket desk, located in the auditorium lobby, open one hour before each performance. Click here to purchase tickets online

Release of Seats

If you are unable to attend a concert for which you have tickets, please call or email the TEF office to release your seats and enable people on our waiting list to purchase tickets for sold-out performances. TEF mails acknowledgements to ticket holders who release their seats at least 48 hours in advance.

Pre-concert Dinners

Season-ticket holders receive a timely, mailed invitation to our lively and delicious pre-concert receptions or dinners. Open bar is included. Reservations are required. Mingle with friends and view the Center’s art exhibits as you enjoy a hearty and satisfying meal on the premises.
